These terms apply when you use feg.com.pk or buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them before you order. They sit alongside our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Who we are

This website is operated by FEG Pakistan (Private) Limited, a company registered in Pakistan, with its address at Plot 98, S.I.T.E. Area, Karachi. We are the official authorised distributor of FEG Plus® products in Pakistan. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean FEG Pakistan (Private) Limited, and “you” means the person using our website or placing an order.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract to order from us. We deliver within Pakistan only. By ordering, you confirm that the name, phone number, and address you give us are correct and belong to you or to someone who has agreed to receive the order.

Orders

After you place an order, our team contacts you by phone to confirm your details. We may decline or cancel an order at any time before dispatch, including where:

• The product is out of stock
• A price or product description was published in error
• We cannot reach you to confirm the order
• The address is incomplete or outside our delivery network
• We reasonably suspect the order is fraudulent or not genuine
• You have previously refused delivery of orders without reason

If we cancel an order, you owe us nothing. Since all orders are cash on delivery, no payment is taken in advance and there is nothing to refund.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees. Delivery charges are shown separately before you order and are set out in our Shipping Policy.

We may change our prices and promotional offers at any time. Any change applies to new orders only, never to an order we have already confirmed with you.

Pricing errors. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you, explain the error, and let you choose to continue at the correct price or cancel at no cost.

Payment. We accept cash on delivery only. You pay the courier when your parcel arrives. You may open and inspect your parcel before paying. Once you have paid the courier, the sale is complete, subject to your rights under our Returns Policy.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery times, charges, cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Delivery times are estimates. We work with an established courier, but we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, strikes, road closures, public holidays, or other events outside our control.

About the product

Results vary. Hair grows in natural cycles and responds differently from person to person depending on age, health, genetics, diet, and the cause of hair thinning. Any timeframes, customer reviews, or images shown on our website describe individual experiences and are not a promise of the results you will get.

Use it safely. Follow the directions on the packaging. We recommend testing a small area of skin first. Stop using the product and seek advice if you notice irritation, redness, or any reaction. Keep it away from your eyes and out of reach of children.

Talk to a doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a scalp condition, are receiving medical treatment for hair loss, or have known allergies. Nothing on our website is medical advice, and it should not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Counterfeits. We are the authorised distributor of FEG Plus® in Pakistan. We cannot verify, support, or take responsibility for products bought from any other seller, and our guarantees apply only to products purchased directly from us.

Using our website

You agree not to:

• Place false, fraudulent, or automated orders
• Copy our images, text, or designs for your own commercial use
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or disrupt the site
• Use our website for anything unlawful under Pakistani law

We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who breaches these terms.

Intellectual property

The FEG Plus® name and logo, and the text, images, and design of this website, are owned by us or used by us under licence. You may not reproduce or use them without our written permission.

Reviews and customer content

If you send us a review, photograph, or comment, you give us permission to publish it on our website and in our marketing, with your first name and city. You can ask us to remove it at any time by emailing us. Please only send content that is your own and truthful. We may decline to publish content that is offensive, false, or unrelated to the product.

Our responsibility to you

We take our obligations seriously and will always try to put things right. Where we are at fault, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of income or missed opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Pakistani consumer protection law, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our business or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Karachi.
