Damaged, wrong, or missing items

If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking, unsealed, or contains the wrong item:

1. Refuse the parcel at delivery if you notice at the door, or
2. Email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@feg.com.pk with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

14-day returns

If you change your mind and the product is unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging with all inserts, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

How to start a return

1. Email info@feg.com.pk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will reply with the return address and packing instructions.
3. Ship using any reliable courier and keep your tracking receipt.

Full course guarantee

Hair grows in cycles, so results take time. Most customers notice a difference after consistent daily use over several weeks, and we recommend a full 3-bottle course.

How to claim

1. Email info@feg.com.pk within 14 days of finishing your course.
2. Include your order number and photos taken at the start and end of your course.
3. We will arrange your free replacement course.

This guarantee applies to the 3-bottle pack only. Individual results vary.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned for a cash refund. If you have used the product and are unhappy with your results, the Full Course Guarantee above applies instead.

Refunds

Once we receive and check a returned item, your refund is processed within 7 working days.

Because orders are paid in cash on delivery, refunds are issued by bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash. We will ask you to confirm your account details, and the account name must match the name on the order.
