• Leopards Courier — your name, phone number, and address, so your parcel can be delivered.
• Shopify and our checkout app — who host our store and process orders on our behalf.
• Meta, TikTok, Snap, and Google — advertising and analytics data, which may include a securely hashed version of your contact details so they can match your order to an advertisement. These companies act as independent controllers of that data under their own privacy policies.
• Government authorities — only where we are required to by Pakistani law, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

These companies operate servers outside Pakistan, which means your information may be stored or processed abroad. We choose established providers who apply recognised security standards.

Advertising choices

We advertise on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat. If you have visited our site or ordered from us, you may be shown our advertisements again.

You can control this in the ad preferences of each platform, or by using your browser or phone settings to limit ad tracking.

How we protect your information

Our website uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and access to customer records is limited to staff who need it to do their job. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and we review our practices regularly.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and tax obligations in Pakistan, which is generally six years. Website analytics data is kept for shorter periods set by the tools listed above. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
• Stop contacting you, other than about an order already placed

Children

Our products and website are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we will delete it.

Our site and advertisements may link to websites we do not control. This policy does not cover them, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.
