Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Delivery Window: Typically 2–5 working days, depending on your city/region.
  • Tracking: You’ll receive tracking details by SMS or email once your order is dispatched.
  • Shipping Fee: Shown at checkout (standard courier rates apply).
  • Address Accuracy: Please enter the correct shipping address and contact details to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

Return & Refund Policy

Shop with confidence—if you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return.

Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items should be returned in original packaging with all inserts/accessories.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer and sent to our warehouse (address provided upon request).

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@fegplus.co with your order number and reason for return (optional).
  2. We’ll reply with the warehouse return address and simple packing/shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the product to us using any reliable courier. Keep your tracking receipt.

Refunds

  • Once the return is received and checked, we’ll initiate your refund within 7 working days.
  • Refunds can be made to your bank account or Easypaisa account as you prefer.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or tampered products may not be eligible for return.

What is FEG's return policy?

FEG offers a 30-day return policy. You can return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, exchange, or store credit, provided they are in their original condition.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders. International shipping can take up to 14-21 days depending on the destination. Please note that shipping times do not include processing time.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, you may be able to change your shipping address. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to make any changes.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund or exchange. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

Will I be refunded the shipping cost when I return an item?

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.
